We are now offering Zumba classes. Monday July 18th is our first class Doors open at 5:30 and class runs 5:45-6:45 July 18th class will be FREE and after that Cost is going to be $5/per class

We will be attending the Trade Fair at the Bedford High School again this year, our booth will be in the new part of the Gym same spot as last year, the Trade Fair will be going on March 12th and 13th, so on by check our booth our and hang our for a bit if ya want, all help is appreciated it time to show off our school and try to get some more students.

We offer classes for 3 different age groups, preschoolers, juniors, and Adults Preschools-  are for ages 3-6, here they will learn discipline and basic hand eye coordination skills, stranger danger along with their martial arts training in a fun and family filled atmosphere Juniors- are for ages 6-13. here they will learn discipline, how to respect persons of authority, stranger danger, how to deal with bulling and not to be the bully, along with their martial arts training with other peers their age and develop new and lasting friendships. Adults-are for ages 14+, here you will get in better shape, get that discipline your looking for, develop your fine motor skills, increase your flexibility and endurance, Practical self defense, training focused towards optimal health, along with on of the fastest growing martial arts in the world. All disabilities are welcomed, we focus on your abilities what you are able to do and go from there, classes can be molded to adapt to almost all disabilities, so don't be discouraged come on in a check it out.
